My booking was confirmed but the receptionist denied that there was no booking, Both Oyo and the hotel are falsely book rooms...and the receptionist asked to cancel the booking when I reached that hotel...i cancel my booking and I just got 10%of my total booking amount,till now I won't paid the said amount...

Very bad experience. After reaching at hotel they charged 600 more amount for a room per night and they refuse to provide room for my booking amount. I already paid full amount by a payment link provided through OYO but they told they did no know OYO.
